Harley-Davidson dealers are a tough crowd to please. They don't tolerate professorial, non-practical theorists, and they can't stand anyone who bores them. You, do neither. You speak their language, you address their issues, and you do it with down-to-earth humor and energy - and they love you for it. This was especially true of our European dealers.
